Please order by e-mail if possible, otherwise by post or by telephone.

Book prices do not include postage and packing which will be charged at cost.

Please pay in Sterling and make cheques or postal orders payable to A.W.Simpkins.

If payment has to be made in another currency the following Sterling charges will apply to cover bank handling and conversion costs :

£1 for cheques up to £30

£10 for cheques over £30.

(Apologies for this but it reflects the ludicrous charging system imposed by banks in the UK.)

Books will be posted as soon as possible on receipt of payment.

If you are not completely satisfied books may be returned within seven days for a full refund.

The usual abbreviations for book condition apply ....

M ...... Indistinguishable from a brand new book.

F ....... Almost like new; only slight signs of use.

VG .... Signs of use but tight and clean.

G ....... Obvious signs of use, perhaps grubby, but basically sound.

P ........ A worn, possibly damaged book, but complete.

insc ... Typically a signature or name and address of a previous owner.

ex lib.. A former public library book. Stamps are described.

d/w .... Dust wrapper. Any significant defects are described.
